Back Onside

Tuesdays 6-7pm

Back Onside is an exciting health and wellbeing programme run by Rugby League Cares, in partnership with the Featherstone Rovers Foundation, designed to encourage men to get back to enjoying exercise.

The programme has been running for around four years and was originally set up to support men aged over 35 in returning to fitness. Sessions are built around fun skill-based games, weights, and also include discussions around mental health and weight management. We have around 30 regular members, aged from 35 to 75. Alongside taking part in sessions, members have also raised funds over the years to support local charities.

So what are you waiting for? Come and join the fun! For more info, email Jamie.Cording@featherstoneroversfoundation.org.
