Featherstone Rovers Foundation have teamed up with Disability Sport Yorkshire to deliver an exciting new project called 'Sporting Futures' which has been funded through the Big Lottery Reaching Communities Grant.

The 14 week work related experience programme will start on Thursday 12th September from the Foundry at the Millennium Stadium in Featherstone, the home of professional Rugby League team Featherstone Rovers RLFC.

Anyone age 16 and above, with a disability or a long term health condition is invited to take part in the programme to find out first hand what it's like to work at a sports club. We will be covering all different kinds of topics including customer service, working in retail, match days, ground maintenance and more!

The project is completely funded so is FREE of charge for anyone who would like to take part.
