What is the Armed Forces Covenant?
"The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, including the bereaved, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives."

It's our job as an organisation to ensure that those who serve or have served in the past with the armed forces, as well as their families, should receive no unfair treatment or disadvantage compared to others, and that special consideration be applied where necessary, like to the injured or the bereaved.
