FEATHERSTONE ROVERS FOUNDATION 

In anticipation of a home Rugby League World Cup, the RFL are running their biggest ever recruitment drive – ‘InspiredBy’ – to encourage more people to play rugby league.

As part of the ‘InspiredBy’ campaign, Featherstone Rovers & Featherstone Rovers Foundation will be supporting Three Lions Week, where we will be providing people of all ages and abilities the chance to get involved in rugby league through our different activities, sessions, and club open days.

Running between 25 Sept – 2 Oct, Three Lions Week looks to capitalise on rugby league fever by starting the day after the men’s Grand Final and two weeks prior to the Rugby League World Cup kicking off.

​Our Three Lions Week activities will include world cup themed:
• LDRL training session
• Primary school assemblies
• Primary RL taster session @ Fev Lions
• Year 5/6 tag rugby festival at the stadium
